Photos identifying people are attributed to the historian or existing filenames unless independently corroborated. EXIF camera times are treated as recorded camera times, not certain historical dates. A meeting photo does not prove an officer’s election, an invitation does not prove attendance, and event coverage does not prove sponsorship.
